CRYPTEDU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES YOU MAY INCUR FROM CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENTS OR TRADING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT FROM THE PLATFORM. You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptedU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
